DocArmory provides AI-assisted document generation tools, including but not limited to federal resume building. The Service uses artificial intelligence to help structure and optimize documents based on information you provide.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy and truthfulness of all information you provide
- Reviewing and verifying all generated content before use
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by DocArmory is AI-assisted and should be reviewed carefully before submission. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that generated content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated documents.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed via Stripe. All purchases are one-time payments for the specific service purchased. Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used. Contact support for refund inquiries.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all information you provide and all documents generated from your information. DocArmory retains rights to the Service, its design, branding, and underlying technology.
7. Limitation of Liability
DocArmory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to employment outcomes, rejected applications, or errors in generated content.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
