• Job announcements: USAJOBS posting text you provide for tailoring
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Email captures: Email addresses submitted for product update notifications

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate tailored federal resumes based on your input
• Save and manage your resume projects
• Process payments and manage orders
• Provide expert review services (if purchased)
• Send product update notifications (if you opted in)
• Improve our Service

3. AI Processing

Your resume data is processed by AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate tailored content. This data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and API terms.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, secure authentication via Clerk, and payment processing via Stripe.

5. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic — AI content generation
• Vercel — Hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@docarmory.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
